A guide to peptide care

Read the bill

What does private peptide care cost?

Ask for the full bill after any offer ends. Keep medicine and service charges separate.

Medicine prices when paying without insurance

For the weight and diabetes medicines checked September 26, 2026, most drug-maker offers without insurance cost about $149–$499 for a month.

Strength means how much active ingredient a medicine contains. The active ingredient is the part that makes it work.

The price depended on the medicine, its strength, and the offer. Some offers charged more if a refill was ordered after the offer’s deadline. The amount supplied for a month also differed: a box or bottle for some products, and 28 days for others. These prices were checked September 26, 2026.

Ask what your quoted price supplies and when the next order is due.

Many offers for people paying without insurance and drug-maker discount cards listed terms ending on December 31, 2026 when checked September 26, 2026.

Ask for fresh written terms. A starting price does not tell you the total for ongoing care.

Add the service charges

The online weight-care services checked commonly charged a monthly membership fee and billed medicine separately. These offers were checked September 26, 2026.

Ask for each charge: the first assessment, ongoing visits, medicine, proposed tests, and delivery.

Ask whether the quoted plan requires payment in advance and how cancellation works. Include the fee if the assessment ends without a prescription.

Compare prices using the same payment method

The price a drug maker publishes for sales to businesses is its list price. It is not the same as your bill. Paying without insurance may give you a different price. A drug-maker savings card is a discount offer for people whose insurance meets the card’s rules; it gives another price.

Ask the pharmacy or plan which offer you can use and what you would actually pay.

Put the same product, supply size, and payment method on each side of your comparison.

For insurance, ask the plan for the amount you would pay. Then compare it with a cash quote for the same product.
